Pupille de Serdaigle
I bet you were all wondering when I'd finally post a new shoot...

There was a mysterious student who approached me to do a photo shoot of her in her standard school uniform. She said she saw me while I was traveling through Scotland last year. She did seem somewhat familiar, as I recall seeing in my travels several students who were wearing uniforms that resembled her own, out by what I thought looked like an abandoned castle. How she found me out though is beyond me.

Given the unusually brisk weather that we had been experiencing, this seemed like the perfect time to conduct the shoot. However, I was asked to simply follow her along as she went for a stroll, and was told not to ask her any questions.

And so, I followed her as she asked. We started by walking right into the grounds and towards the far side of the same, where she stood in contemplation by the fields near the cold and distant lake, to take in the day.

Lost in thought as she would normally be, I then followed her towards the lake, and again, she remained, presumably to consider herself and her surroundings. Leaving the cloak of her school behind, she then sat and looked out towards the lake. My guess was that this would be a safe moment to follow along.

That's when I realized I was walking with no ordinary student. She is a student alright... of Hogwarts.

After a few moments down by the lakeside, she then returned towards the path and had put on her cloak and scarf as we continued on our walk along the grounds.

The last moments of the shoot involved her standing by some of the trees at the outskirts of the forest. Again, I simply chose to act as she requested and behaved as a professional should in this matter.

Sometimes I would wonder what she was thinking about, since I know she has so much on her mind, and I had so many questions. But I chose not to press since this was a rare opportunity to photograph a member of the wizarding world that I had heard so much about in her element; I hear they seldom let Muggles have such exclusive access.

My thanks to the mysterious student, wherever she may be. How she will see the photos will remain a mystery, at least to me.
